Position Overview:

As a Investment Banking Specialist at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Recognizes opportunities in customer interactions and channels them to the appropriate branch team.

• Modifies PNC offerings to align with specific customer requirements.
• Recognizes potential sales opportunities and guides customers to the appropriate team members for expanding connections.
• Provides guidance to clients regarding digital banking tools, technology choices, and self-service resources to streamline financial transaction management.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving by applying product and procedural knowledge to customer issues.
• Guarantees the correct completion of teller and branch operations following the established policies and procedures of PNC.
