The role of an Associate Banker is significant in:

• Providing assistance to individuals in handling their routine monetary obligations.
• Supporting customers in identifying the product that meets their specific needs.
• Providing clients with direct access to Subject Matter Experts in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial disciplines for their specialized financial needs.
• Showcasing the bank's newest tech products to better align with the expanding demands of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating excellent customer service skills through helping customers with financial transactions including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan repayments, credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency conversions.
• Registering considerable sums on Currency Transaction Reports.
• Unveiling fraudulent behavior to mitigate potential financial risks for the bank.
• Confirming the precise and timely execution of financial transactions, while following all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking guidelines.
• Sustaining positive customer interactions with current clients and creating new customer associations.
• Recommending personalized bank products such as online banking services, investment opportunities, and home loan products tailored to each client's situation.
• Excelling in harnessing digital resources and technologies to elevate clients' digital banking experiences to new levels.
• Feeling confident about explaining to customers how to conduct banking transactions through online platforms, mobile apps, and self-service tools.
• Displaying a knack for efficiently learning and adapting to new technology platforms and processes.
• Completing tasks outside the regular scope of work.

Qualifications include:

• An applicant is required to have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree is strongly recommended.
• One year of experience in the fields of customer service and cash handling duties.
• Having at least one year of experience in a banking institution, with a focus on either teller or new account functions, is a plus.
• Rapid and accurate acquisition of knowledge regarding products, services, and procedures.
• Strong customer service acumen with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Remarkable focus on particulars and adept time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Open to adjusting schedule for weekend responsibilities.
