Within the Huntington Private Bank, the Wealth Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, responsible for guiding them through the creation, execution, and ongoing management of their Wealth Plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Builds and nurtures relationships with current and prospective clients, coordinating with specialized professionals to achieve the client’s Wealth Plan objectives, with a focus on growing assets under management, facilitating loans, and acquiring deposits.
• Expands business opportunities by establishing a strong presence and cultivating relationships within the community and with external influential networks.
• Delivers outstanding client service to maintain long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Develops strong cross-functional relationships across Huntington’s business units to enhance client engagement.
• Manages complex client relationships with professionalism and expertise.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of key compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Life and Health Licenses must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
• At least three years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, sales, or relationship management serving high or ultra-high-net-worth clients in banking, investment management, or insurance sectors.
• This role may be classified as a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act or a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act, requiring registration and additional qualifications if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Securities and life insurance licenses are preferred but not required.
• Proven success in working with high-net-worth clients.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
