Job Description:

The Wealth Advisor collaborates with advisors to address client requirements, identify potential clients, and promote the team's development, playing an essential role in these aspects.

This role entails fundamental duties and tasks that must be fulfilled as part of a job description:

• Help in setting the course for the Financial Advisor team to bolster revenue growth.
• Assist customers and potential customers through the examination of their aspirations, goals, and willingness to take risks, thereby suggesting and putting into action suitable investment choices and services.
• Assist clients with trading activities, information requests, research inquiries, account problems, and general service matters.
• Ensure consistent relationship maintenance by engaging in periodic assessments, advisory dialogues, and client support endeavors.
• Support in creating and delivering presentations and materials for client engagements.
• Assist the Advisor in the enhancement and maintenance of profitable securities and insurance sales by leveraging networking, internal referrals, and pinpointed opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to Truist's professional guidelines and stay in line with the regulatory mandates of FINRA and other relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

• The applicant must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline, or have a comparable level of education and professional background.
• Applicants must have a professional background of at least four years, with a mandatory one-year tenure in the securities sector.
• Successful completion of the FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams is necessary.
• State health and life insurance licenses that are appropriate and synchronized with the registrations of affiliated advisors.
• Demonstrating a high level of competency in organizing tasks, analyzing complex issues, tackling problems, fostering relationships, and managing interpersonal dynamics proficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a valuable skill.
• Desire to attain supplemental industry credentials related to wealth or investment management.
