As a Branch Services Representative working for PNC, your main responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients with their financial activities, and contributing to the smooth running of branch processes. Your focus will be on ensuring a favorable customer interaction and recognizing chances to introduce PNC offerings to customers.

• Informs clients about the various digital banking tools, technology choices, and self-help resources available for overseeing financial transactions.
• Utilizes understanding of products and procedures to efficiently address customer issues.
• Ensures that all teller and branch operations are conducted with precision, in compliance with PNC guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:
