Job Description:

As a Wealth Management Client Manager you will be responsible for expanding and deepening client relationships by providing expert financial advice and identifying opportunities to meet clients' diverse needs. You will leverage the full suite of Private Banks capabilities, collaborating with both internal and external partners to drive a holistic, Branded Client Experience. Your role will focus on cultivating long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects, ensuring their financial goals are met with personalized and comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the increase in business through the acquisition of new clientele interested in credit, assets under management, and deposit offerings
• Oversees complex credit possibilities, particularly structured credit deals
• Both the book's balances and yearly revenue experience growth
• Engages with and supports Private Client Managers in navigating complex products and client partnerships
• Acts in the capacity of a Chief Operating Officer for the client team, managing relationship management operations and facilitating the successful provision of Branded Client Experience to promote client gratification
• Drives the encouragement of utilizing digital functionalities to enhance the experience of clients and team members
• Cultivates partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders and authorities

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive background in handling high-net-worth client interactions or similar financial service engagements for a period exceeding seven years
• Impressive competency in working harmoniously within a team
• Demonstrating adeptness in fostering relationships and influencing outcomes through interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of banking and credit: detailed insight into investments, trust handling, and wealth succession

Desired Qualifications:

• Whether opting for an MBA or a postgraduate degree, both paths offer opportunities for personal and professional development
• The inclusion of certifications like CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD is a significant positive factor in the evaluation process
