Job Description:

As a Investment Solutions Advisor at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Offers a personalized customer experience aimed at enhancing financial health and building strong customer allegiance.
• Handles a variety of customer dealings with efficiency and precision.
• Educates customers on the various possibilities they have for managing their finances.
• Identifies prospects within customer engagements and refers them to the suitable branch employees.
• Fosters customer relationships through lobby activities and meaningful exchanges.
• Customizes PNC products and services to cater to customer needs efficiently.
• Recognizes opportunities for sales expansion and facilitates customer referrals to the appropriate team members for strengthening relationships.
• Guides customers in understanding digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-service facilities for the smooth management of financial transactions.
• Demonstrates product and procedural expertise in effectively solving customer concerns.
• Ensures that teller and branch tasks are carried out correctly, while adhering to the policies and procedures outlined by PNC.

Qualifications:

• No prior background needed.
• Typically, positions at this level do not mandate a university or college education.
• Possession of a high school diploma or a GED is favorable.
• Equivalent mixes of education, job-specific certifications, or relevant experience (including military background) will be taken into account.
