Role Overview:

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based in the Lehigh/Northampton County, PA market. The role requires flexibility to travel between financial centers and work within branch hours (no Sundays).

You will deliver a seamless customer experience by handling both service and sales needs, including transactions, account management, and promoting banking solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Process teller transactions accurately per bank policies.
Engage customers through proactive sales and referral conversations.
Open accounts and handle maintenance/service requests.
Build relationships using CRM tools and customer-focused interactions.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and risk standards.
Assist customers with digital banking tools and solutions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
1+ year in customer service or sales (Required)
6–12 months cash handling experience (Preferred)
