Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers with their daily banking activities, including depositing, withdrawing, and transferring funds
• Commencing and maintaining personal and business monetary profiles
• Assist with navigating through banking services like loans, credit cards, and savings plans
• Acknowledge the needs of clients and propose suitable financial alternatives
• Construct and uphold firm customer connections to ensure gratification and dedication
• Ensure that all internal policies are followed and comply with regulations imposed by authorities
