Job Description:

The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing relationships with middle-market clients .The role focuses on delivering tailored lending, deposit, and financial solutions while achieving sales goals within established risk parameters.

The position requires a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and provide strategic financial guidance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their banking needs are met while maintaining a profitable and well-managed portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage new and existing commercial client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for loans, deposits, and cross-selling bank products.
• Structure, negotiate, and close lending deals.
• Analyze financial data and monitor client creditworthiness.
• Support clients with financial guidance aligned to business goals.
• Build networks with industry partners and referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management standards.
• Drive portfolio growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge in specialized industries as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Required)
• 6+ years in commercial banking, credit, or related field (Required)
• 2+ years managing complex client portfolios (Required)

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Knowledge of credit, risk, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
