Old National Bank is seeking a Commercial Banker to join its Commercial Banking team. In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with business clients, generate new loan and deposit opportunities, and deliver customized financial solutions that support client growth. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial banking or related lending experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending standards, loan review, and banking regulations.
• Proven success in business development and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Develop new commercial banking relationships through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Achieve assigned sales goals by identifying opportunities for loans, deposits, and other banking solutions.
• Build strong relationships with businesses, developers, and community partners.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.

Loan Origination:

• Evaluate commercial loan requests to ensure proper structure, pricing, and compliance with lending standards.
• Analyze financial information and assess credit risk to support sound lending decisions.
• Work closely with internal lending and operations teams to ensure a smooth loan process.
• Provide clients with guidance throughout the loan application and approval process.

Portfolio Management:

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong credit quality.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional banking products and services.
• Address portfolio issues proactively and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
