In the Greater New Orleans, Louisiana Metropolitan market, this role plays a critical part in delivering senior-level relationship banking services. Serving as a trusted advisor, the Senior Consumer Banker engages clients in substantive, consultative discussions to comprehend their financial aspirations and deliver customized solutions. The primary aim is to drive expansion by actively advocating for and retailing the Bank's products and services, with a strong emphasis on intensifying client relationships through outstanding service, tailor-made advice, and proactive sales engagements. This position handles the most complex tasks while assisting in achieving general banking center sales objectives.

Qualifications for Senior Consumer Banker:

• The job mandates that applicants have either a high school diploma or a GED.

• Develop a culture of excellence in sales by coaching associates on effective sales methods, building referrals, and mastering product knowledge.

• Support the teller line as needed to ensure that customers experience minimal wait times.
• Execute accurate financial transactions when necessary.
• Ensure the provision of reliable and top-notch customer interactions.
• Deal with customer problems promptly and with effectiveness to ensure their satisfaction.
• Strengthen knowledge of products and services through attendance at meetings, training activities, and online learning modules.
