Banking Solutions Specialists build meaningful, long-term client relationships by exhibiting breakthrough client service standards and providing customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This includes offering sound financial advice and often collaborating with internal bank partners. Client Relationship Bankers are expected to be active in the community and engage customers where and how they prefer to bank by providing education on digital and traditional solutions to achieve their banking needs.
Responsibilities:
Invite clients and potential clients to participate in financial evaluations and business reviews to identify solutions and uncover additional financial requirements. Provide recommendations and ensure that commitments to clients are executed.
Maintain direct relationships with both external and internal clients, offering exceptional service that aligns with the bank's outstanding client service benchmarks.
Primary contact in the branch for opening new deposit accounts and originating consumer loans.
Produces loans for consumers and small businesses while actively managing and expanding a portfolio of loans and deposits.
Imparts knowledge to customers about the services offered by internal associates, like Treasury Management services.
Engages in proactive outbound phone conversations with both current and prospective consumer and small business customers. Collaborates with the branch manager to coordinate proactive business development meetings within the community.
Forms a conduit of potential leads via in-person branch interactions and outbound outreach efforts.
Engage in collaborative efforts with partners in different business units of the bank and within the branch.
Offering self-reliant solutions for client issues with digital products and services.
Engages in community support through involvement in events both during and after business hours, on weekends, volunteering, and sponsoring various community initiatives.
Engages in ongoing education and promotion to reinforce and promote the ethics and camaraderie of our DO RIGHT TOGETHER culture.

Qualifications:
Obtaining a high school diploma or GED is a prerequisite for consideration.
Applicants are required to have two years of banking experience or a track record of accomplishments in sales.
2 years developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in banking or retail environment with client service and cash handling experience required.
Having worked for 2 years in a lending capacity involving loan origination and processing is a key requirement for this position.
Proficient understanding of consumer and business goods and services.
Established proficiency in consumer and business lending operations.
Demonstrates a clear dedication to supporting clients in reaching their financial targets.
The competence to interpret cash flow, financial statements, and market uncertainties is vital.
Clearly shows a drive and capacity to develop technology skills in multiple delivery channels, encompassing online banking platforms, bill payment services, electronic statement options, mobile banking apps, ATMs, and business banking applications.
Strives for ongoing refinement of communication skills, particularly focusing on presentation delivery.
Competent in interpersonal and written communication, capable of effectively delivering materials to assembled groups.
Skill in delivering outbound calls, whether done in face-to-face settings or from a remote location.
Can lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods without experiencing fatigue.
This position may require you to act as a bank MLO for open-end transactions. All MLOs must register complying with SAFE Act requirements. This position is not authorized to act as a bank closed-end MLO.
