Job Description:

We are currently seeking a high-level professional to join our team as a Client Solutions Manager. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be a trusted adviser to our new and existing Premier clients. Working collaboratively with our internal teams, you will support the clients' entire life journey by providing professional and comprehensive financial advice to suit their needs. You will also provide support on contacting clients proactively, handling client banking queries timely, and ensuring all compliance and regulations are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute proactive initiatives to drive client acquisition, outreach, and retention, aimed at generating revenue and increasing the share of business with current and new clients.
  • Partner with the Regional Manager or Branch Manager to create and implement marketing plans tailored to clients and aimed at generating new business through activities like prospecting, outbound calling, building professional networks, and receiving recommendations.
  • Demonstrate sincere curiosity about clients, supporting them in reaching their financial objectives. Convert client information and sales tools into actionable sales tactics, proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Access advanced technical insights from specialists to effectively identify and satisfy multiple client needs.
  • Present our products and services to potential clients, assess their needs, and facilitate referrals to other departments within the company where relevant.
  • Take action to support branch improvement ventures by gathering client feedback on our service performance and ensuring alignment with audit requirements and quality assurance protocols.
  • Preserve the operational integrity levels dictated by EWB and integrate the Business Principles and Values championed by the organization.
  • Willing to take on extra duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent background is a prerequisite.
  • Requisite qualifications include possessing FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance licenses, and it is mandatory to secure the Series 7 certification within six months of starting.
  • With a background of over five years in the financial services and retail sales industry, or comparable areas, demonstrating impressive sales achievements and a deep understanding of banking products suitable for referrals.
  • Proficiency in relationship management within the high-net-worth client sector or similar realms.
  • Effective sales acumen, interpersonal communication abilities, cross-selling proficiency, sales strategy formulation, mathematical competencies, logical decision-making, and analytical capabilities are critical.
  • Skilled in relationship maintenance, client care, time organization, and task prioritization.
  • Thorough understanding of the multitude of financial products and services.
  • Appreciation of the business banking client segment and discovering the suitable products and services to enhance Premier offerings.
  • Having a firm grasp on ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Expertise in financial organization, wealth supervision, and appraisal of client requisites.
