What You’ll Do:

• Strengthening customer bonds by recognizing their financial necessities and offering appropriate products and services
• Engaging with internal partners, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to link customers with specific skills and insights
• Utilizing a cashier's till to facilitate transactions for clients at the teller counter and in the drive-in banking lanes
• Core duties consist of creating new accounts, handling account modifications, and guiding customers on using digital banking services
• Acknowledging likely fraudulent activities and other operational or monetary hazards
• Assisting in adhering to bank opening and closing procedures as per specific time slots
• Supporting efforts to engage with the community and facilitate events funded by financial institutions

Prerequisites for Retail Banking Associate Role:

• Possessing 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales-related positions
• Prospective applicants must possess a high school diploma or its GED equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills
