The Branch Investment Consultant provides expert financial guidance to high-net-worth clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals. This role involves developing personalized wealth management strategies, including investments, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management. The consultant builds and maintains strong client relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while representing the bank with professionalism and integrity.

The Huntington Financial Advisors group seeks professionals with the passion and drive to build long-lasting relationships with both existing and new clients to become Branch Investment Consultants. Our consultants partner closely with branch staff to uncover client needs and offer the most appropriate financial solutions for their short-term and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for reaching personal production quotas and delivering satisfactory customer service within assigned branches or book of clients.
• Help customers choose appropriate investment and insurance options through a comprehensive financial planning process that considers their total assets, objectives, investment timeframe, and risk preferences.
• Continuously coach branch staff at all locations to improve their capacity to identify customers' immediate and future objectives and deliver suitable solutions.
• Deliver ongoing training and sales assistance to designated branches to maintain excellent customer service for both current and potential customers.
• Collaborating with each division to provide clients with tailored solutions for their requirements.
• Executes other tasks as designated.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in investment sales
• Professionals working in finance and insurance must have the appropriate licenses, including Series 7, 63, 65/66, and Life and Health

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• CFP
• Individuals with 2-3 years of background in investments are encouraged to apply
• Gaining proficiency in coaching, encouraging, and advancing the skills of individuals within a team dynamic
• Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations and meet designated goals and targets consistently
• Proficiency in effective communication across a broad spectrum of leads and clients, attention to detail in document management, and a strong dedication to excellence in service and continual follow-up
