As a Branch Support Manager, you will have a crucial part to play in:

• Assisting the Branch Manager in guiding the branch staff towards attaining exceptional performance in sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Establishing a customer-focused atmosphere within the branch to not only meet but surpass customer needs and desires.
• Developing and growing business-to-business and retail sales connections while taking responsibility for branch sales outcomes.
• Enhancing the performance of branch staff through the delivery of training, mentoring, and encouragement.

Responsibilities include:

• Attaining operational efficiency involves guaranteeing that all employees adhere to the guidelines, protocols, and standards set by the bank.
• Meeting the sales targets set for the team or branch on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Supervising daily branch operations and staff performance to maximize efficiency levels within the branch.
• Improving customer contentment through continuous interaction with clients.
• Monitoring and guiding colleagues in customer service, operational protocols, transaction precision, and customer interaction to ensure adherence to established standards on a daily basis.
• Executing the responsibilities of the Branch Manager in their absence involves overseeing day-to-day operations and managing staff effectively.
• Assuming responsibility for conducting interviews, recruiting, and educating new staff members, organizing, correcting, and delegating tasks.
• Encouraging, mentoring, and offering direction to staff members in order to reach sales and service targets.
• A specialist in leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance customers' online banking journey.
• Advising and instructing customers on the utilization of user-friendly banking services like online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs that cater to their needs.
• Completing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications include:

• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent is advantageous.
• Over four years of proven expertise in developing, supervising, organizing, and mentoring a team.
• Proficient in financial understanding and effective communication abilities.
• Has effectively thrived in an environment that prioritizes client satisfaction and achieving tangible outcomes.
• Thorough understanding of banking laws and procedures related to branch management.
• Sales and service abilities involve activities such as seeking potential clients and establishing professional connections.
• Proficient abilities in addressing and resolving problems and making decisions effectively.
• Handle intricate responsibilities and effectively manage, prioritize, assign, and carry out tasks in a high-speed setting.
• Possesses the capacity to acquire new knowledge and adjust to emerging information and technological platforms.
• Passionate and skilled in guiding, teaching, and linking team members, collaborators, and clients to the use of technology.
