Job Overview:Cash Handling Representative

• The Teller position, based at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center, is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
• Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing financial transactions, promoting banking products, and supporting daily branch operations.
• Availability during branch hours is required, with Sundays as the only exception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Identify and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships and meet financial needs effectively.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and security standards.
• Use digital tools to assist customers and resolve inquiries.
• Support branch operational and administrative activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 6–12 months customer service experience required.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Compliance & Additional Duties:

• Adhere to all compliance programs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete mandatory training as required.
• Report risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Compensation:

• Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
• Based on experience, skills, and location.
