Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients. This role focuses on business development, client relationships, and maintaining strong credit quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow and manage commercial loan and deposit portfolios.
Build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Process and manage loan and deposit requests.
Work with internal teams to deliver banking solutions.
Underwrite loans and ensure complete documentation.
Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–10 years of commercial lending experience.
Experience in credit analysis and loan structuring.
Knowledge of banking regulations and practices.

Skills:

Strong sales and relationship management skills.
Good communication and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Information:

Office based role with regular computer use.
May require occasional travel.
