Being a Commercial Sales Manager means you will be essential in:

• Promoting the welfare of our customers and the prosperity of their businesses by offering strategic financial solutions, educational guidance, and personalized advice.
• Partnering strategically with commercial lending business partners, private banking professionals, Retail Regional Managers, and Branch Managers to achieve successful sales strategy implementations.
• Adeptness in shaping the company's goals and formulating a plan to propel growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve quarterly and yearly goals by developing business opportunities in CI, CRE, home loans, SBA financing, treasury management services, deposit accounts, investment products, and a wide range of commercial and consumer options provided by East West Bank.
• Partner with the Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to establish and roll out customer-centric marketing strategies focused on generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain and utilize a thorough grasp of the bank's credit guidelines, customer qualifications, and all vital operational practices to guarantee the submission of precise and complete loan packages for commercial and consumer purposes.
• Engage in local and regional business activities; orchestrate and conduct focused campaigns and events.
• Assist management by evaluating the effectiveness of the current competition policies and practices, as appropriate.
• Support customers in learning how to bank and invest through our digital channels, empowering them to choose when and how they engage.
• May be assigned other duties as needed by the supervisor.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in building, managing, and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients.
• Sound knowledge of CI loans, SBA loans, or industry-specific lending is necessary.
• Strong consideration will be given to candidates who demonstrate expertise in bank procedures, credit instruments, and deposit options, with a focus on international transactions bridging the U.S. and Greater China.
• Displays advanced analytical prowess combined with marketing/sales, consulting, and negotiation proficiency.
• Demonstrating adeptness in written and verbal communication.
• Flourish in energetic atmospheres, emphasize delivering results, and excel in cooperative work environments.
• Articulating a strong eagerness and capability to make an impact, enlighten, and establish relationships with team members, associates, and customers in the technology sector.
• Skilled in grasping and integrating with modern information and technology interfaces.
