Job Description for Floating Banking Specialist:

As a Floating Banking Specialist at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Primary Job Duties:

• Delivers a special customer interaction that prioritizes better financial stability and cultivating customer fidelity.
• Manages a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Informs customers about the different alternatives they can consider for their financial dealings.
• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.
• Engages in lobby initiatives and impactful dialogues with customers.
• Presents PNC products and services in a way that meets the needs of customers.
• Spotlights sales prospects and steers customers towards the appropriate team members for expanding connections.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Uses knowledge of products and processes to successfully resolve customer challenges.
• Ensures that all teller and branch tasks are conducted accurately, in compliance with PNC's policies and procedures.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience is not a prerequisite.
