Responsibilities:

• In the store, the consistent execution of appropriate behaviors by this individual exemplifies TD's brand promise to customers, ensuring a legendary customer experience
• Efficiently handling customer transactions, encompassing activities like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and safe deposit box services
• Executes cash transactions accurately by verifying checks, authenticating currency, balancing cash drawer, and completing nightly deposits with attention to detail
• Addresses customer concerns and questions following standard procedures, involving higher management when required
• Coordinates lobby activities by managing customer flow, greeting customers in a friendly manner, and offering relevant instructions
• Appreciates the diverse timing and communication channels favored by customers for banking transactions, providing information on tailored self-service and digital solutions
• Advocates for customers through tailored discussions to identify needs, offer financial and digital solutions, and recommend suitable partners for additional support
• Capable of making wise decisions and offering prompt issue resolution, escalating tougher challenges to appropriate management levels
• Follows company protocols and regulatory mandates, such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, during operational tasks to minimize risks and ensure customer safety
• Validates the identities of customers by adhering to prescribed customer authentication protocols
• Checks and verifies the funds in cash registers, ATMs, and TCDs/TCRs as required
• Abides by the regulations and guidelines governing the handling of safe deposit boxes
• Tasked with the upkeep of cash drawers and vaults, the individual must ensure that cash limits are maintained and that cash is securely stored at all times

Qualifications:

• Obtaining either a high school diploma or a GED credential opens doors to expanded opportunities in the workforce and beyond
• While having six months of relevant work experience is preferred, candidates can illustrate an equivalent level of qualification through volunteering, education, or military service
• Capacity to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the schedule
• Strong customer service capabilities are preferred for this role
