Role Overview:

An Investment Solutions Advisor is a financial professional who assists clients with a broad range of banking services, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial guidance, and recommending banking products and services. This role is essential in building lasting customer relationships, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the continued success of the branch and financial institution.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist customers with daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Open and maintain personal and business banking accounts
Recommend banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings solutions
Evaluate customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Build and strengthen customer relationships to promote long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable government regulations
Address customer questions and concerns promptly with professionalism
Support branch sales and customer service goals through effective collaboration
Maintain accurate, current, and organized records and documentation
