Sales and Service Specialist
Job Description:
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) based in the Lehigh/Northampton County. The position requires flexibility to travel between financial centers and work scheduled branch hours (excluding Sundays).
You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience by balancing both sales and service functions, including processing transactions, managing account needs, and promoting financial products that help customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify needs and generate sales opportunities and referrals
- Open new accounts and support account maintenance and service-related requests
- Use CRM tools and customer insights to build strong, personalized client relationships
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and risk management guidelines
- Assist customers in adopting and using digital banking tools and services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 12 months of customer service or sales experience required
- Prior cash handling experience (6–12 months) preferred
