Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Client Banking Manager. In this role, you will serve as a trusted consultant to our Premier clients, providing them with expert financial guidance tailored to their specific needs. Collaborating with our internal teams, you will assist clients throughout their entire financial lifecycle by offering professional advice, reaching out to clients proactively, handling their banking inquiries promptly, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities of Client Banking Manager:

  • Establish and implement approaches to drive the acquisition, engagement, and retention of clients, with the goal of increasing revenue and expanding the share of business with new and current clients.
  • Collaborate alongside the Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to design and execute client-focused marketing plans that are geared towards expanding new business by utilizing methods like prospecting, external calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Demonstrate a true desire to understand clients, assisting them in achieving their financial dreams. Utilize customer feedback and sales tools to develop practical sales strategies, taking the initiative to identify and successfully convert sales opportunities while providing exceptional client support.
  • Work closely with specialists to leverage advanced technical input in addressing multiple client requirements efficiently.
  • Engage with potential clients to present our products and services, evaluate their requirements, and provide recommendations for connections to other units within our company.
  • Engage in supporting branch enhancement programs by obtaining customer reviews on our service provision and ensuring compliance with audit mandates and quality assurance benchmarks.
  • Commit to maintaining the operational integrity expectations of EWB and embracing the Business Principles and Values espoused by the organization.
  • Required to fulfill any other duties as requested.

Qualifications for Client Banking Manager:

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of experience.
  • Essential licenses include FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance, and it is compulsory to obtain the Series 7 license within six months of joining the organization.
  • With more than five years of established and advancing experience in financial services and retail sales, or similar fields, illustrating notable sales accomplishments and a thorough understanding of banking products for referral purposes.
  • Expertise in cultivating and managing strong connections with wealthy clients or those of similar financial standing.
  • High proficiency in sales techniques, clear communication, maximizing sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, mathematical skills, sound decision-making, and analytical capabilities are important qualities.
  • Possessing strong abilities in relationship building, client servicing, time allocation, and task prioritization.
  • In-depth comprehension of different financial instruments and services.
  • Insight into the characteristics of business banking clients and the products and services that can be added to enhance Premier offerings.
  • Showing a high level of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial arrangement, wealth direction, and assessment of client needs.

Having the legal right to work in the United States is essential for all applicants, as visa sponsorship is not being offered currently.
