Job Description:
U.S. Bank Wealth Consultant helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach. Our teams provide expert advice on wealth and estate planning, investments, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary administration. PWM also specializes in business-sale advisory and pre-transaction planning.
The role of the Wealth Consultant centers around the identification, acquisition, and enhancement of client relationships. This position utilizes expertise in investments, banking, estate planning, and trust services to deliver comprehensive financial solutions customized to fit client needs. The PWA is tasked with facilitating growth through the establishment of relationships internally and externally, aided by a team of experts. Additionally, the PWA represents U.S. Bank within the community and acts as a conduit for PWM's strategic partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, procure, and enhance connections with wealthy and very wealthy patrons.
Provide a complete range of advice on wealth and estate planning, including suggestions on investments, banking strategies, credit facilities, insurance plans, and fiduciary services.
Crafting customized approaches involves understanding the individual client's context and demands.
Engage with internal specialists to fulfill client needs encompassing a range of expertise.
Connect clients of Private Wealth Management with strategic collaborators to enhance their financial portfolios.
Propel sales figures and facilitate the evolution of new client associations within PWM.
Manage and prioritize client interactions through a well-rounded approach.
Basic Qualifications:
Equivalent qualifications gained either through a university degree or practical work exposure.
Extensive background spanning 8 years in providing services to clients with significant wealth.
Recommended Abilities & Proficiencies:
Proficient in cultivating and sustaining a robust network, with expertise in relationship management, networking, and advancing business opportunities.
Succeeding in distinct customer segments or industries with well-established strategic collaborations.
Designing individualized strategies for clients by studying their unique experiences and preferences.
Ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists to address client needs.
Skilled in communication, capable of simplifying intricate concepts into straightforward explanations.
Demonstrating a deep commitment to tackling problems and serving as a trusted consultant to customers.
Showing the capacity to make autonomous decisions and take ownership of the consequences within a business context.
The inclination is towards professional certifications like CFA or CFP.
