Job Overview:

As a Wealth Advisor at PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in bank branches and collaborate across multiple locations while managing an assigned book of clients. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to help clients achieve their savings, investment, and retirement objectives. You will be supported by advanced tools, training, and resources designed to enhance client service and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized investment and insurance strategies aligned with clients’ financial goals.
• Build, grow, and maintain a strong portfolio of investment and insurance clients.
• Manage the full client experience, including sales and service interactions, while identifying growth opportunities and making appropriate referrals to internal partners.
• Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, networking, and business development activities.
• Enhance client retention and deepen relationships by delivering a high-quality advisory experience.
• Use product and procedural knowledge to resolve client issues accurately and efficiently.
• Design and implement investment and insurance solutions tailored to client needs and financial objectives.
• Provide customized financial advice and recommendations based on individual client circumstances.
• Review financial strategies regularly and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Train and support branch staff in identifying potential investment opportunities.
• Improve financial awareness and investment literacy among branch employees.
• Collaborate with branch managers and sales teams to support investment-related initiatives and goals.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams to drive referrals and business growth.
• Monitor business performance and pipeline activity in coordination with branch leadership.
• Follow established guidelines for lead management and timely client follow-ups.
• Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is typically preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience (including military background) may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of client acquisition, relationship management, financial analysis, credit evaluation, and sales performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and client experience management skills.
