Cash Handling Associate

Job Summary:

Your primary responsibility will be to offer top-tier service to clients by helping them conduct their regular financial transactions according to the Bank's policy and procedures. You will also be responsible for traveling to Financial Centers to support the teller units whenever necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and support clients cordially and with respect. Manage incoming calls. Share account information, respond to client queries, and direct clients accordingly for further assistance as required.
• Conclude client transactions with precision and efficiency, involving tasks such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, issuing official checks and money orders, transferring funds, documenting entries in the general ledger, and accurately completing CTRs.
• Manage a sufficient cash reserve by procuring and exchanging funds with the vault as required, while abiding by designated drawer boundaries.
• Safeguard the integrity of cash funds, negotiable instruments, and electronic data through the daily verification and reconciliation process.
• Help can be extended for tasks involving the collection and processing of ATM deposits and settlements.
• May assist with retrieval and processing of deposits made to Night Depository.
• Proficient in receiving wire transfers.
• Trading foreign currencies is an acceptable practice for individuals and businesses.
• Ensure regular participation in necessary training programs like compliance and HR to stay informed.
• Provide necessary help to support the Private Client Groups.
• It is possible to be requested to aid in different Financial Centers.

Job Requirements:

• A High School diploma or its alternative, for instance, a GED, HiSET, TASC, or a relevant foreign qualification, is compulsory.
• Prospective candidates need to demonstrate a background of three years in customer service and sales.
• Experience within the finance industry is preferred.
