Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for reaching personal production quotas and delivering satisfactory customer service within assigned branches or book of clients.
• Assist clients in making informed investment and insurance decisions by utilizing a comprehensive financial planning approach that encompasses all assets, objectives, investment timeframe, and risk preferences.
• Frequently provide guidance to branch employees in every location to improve their ability to identify customers' short and long-term goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Offer consistent training and sales guidance to allocated branches to maintain a positive customer experience for all individuals interacting with the business.
• Aligning with every segment to offer clients the most suitable solutions for their demands.
• Carries out additional tasks as instructed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• At least one year of prior experience in investment sales is required
• Life and Health licenses are crucial credentials in the finance and insurance industries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• CFP
• A requisite 2-3 years of investments sector experience is mandatory
• Gaining proficiency in coaching, encouraging, and advancing the skills of individuals within a team dynamic
• History of consistently surpassing expectations and achieving set objectives and targets
