Making conscious decisions about how to divide your time among different tasks:

• Using personalized questioning strategies to transform transactions, account maintenance activities, and routine service requests into consultative cross-selling opportunities that strengthen client relationships
• Proactively generating sales opportunities by contacting leads, visiting businesses to promote workplace banking solutions, and cultivating referral networks
• Effectively balancing multiple responsibilities while achieving daily key performance metrics
• Executing learning and operational tasks such as transaction processing, cash drawer management, and completion of bank documentation in alignment with industry practices and legal standards

• You possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• You have at least one year of retail or customer-facing experience involving customer engagement, product recommendations, and sales contribution, or comparable relevant experience
• You have reliable transportation and the flexibility to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends
• You are able to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days of meeting eligibility requirements
