Job Title: Private Client Banker

Job Summary:

As a Private Client Banker (PB), you will be responsible for building, expanding, and retaining existing client relationships while providing an exceptional client experience. You will provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients by assessing their financial needs and offering solutions through bank products and services to help clients accomplish their current and future financial goals. You will also market Simmons solutions to our existing customer base and prospects through daily interactions, outbound calls, business visits, networking events, and periodic 'At Work' events. You are expected to achieve and/or exceed individual and branch goals while assisting clients with account services, transactions, and problem resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Acquaint and advise customers on the bank's full range of services, including in-person branch services, digital tools, and business partner resources
• Meet personal sales and service targets through face-to-face and outbound engagements using a needs-based approach
• Manage all aspects of account opening and closing, assist clients with account selection, research customer accounts, and comply with BSA and CIP regulations
• Support consumer loan applications by collecting requests, staying updated on loan policies, and monitoring consumer loan portfolios
• Identify client needs and refer them to teams specializing in partnerships with small businesses, corporate partners, institutions, and mortgage/financial advisors
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with clients and providing an exceptional service experience
• Ensure all departmental documentation and operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including completing mandatory compliance training
• Handle customer requests and transactions professionally, accurately, and positively, providing effective solutions through meaningful conversations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings with customers, clients, and coworkers
• Team-oriented approach to serving customers in a fast-paced banking environment
• Ability to lead and mentor the branch team in the absence of the AFCM

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum one year of frontline customer service experience with goal-oriented performance
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and acquire market insights

Other Qualifications:

• Occasional travel for meetings, training, and support during bank conversions and acquisitions, with minimal overnight or out-of-town stays
• Ability to provide guidance and assistance to other financial organizations
