Job Summary:

The Treasury Solutions Specialist is pivotal in providing specialized advice to complex Not-For-Profit Healthcare and Private Higher Education clients on their financial technology, working capital, and operational needs. This expert acts as a crucial advisor to organizations, facilitating strategic conversations with executives at the C-suite level and revenue cycle departments, particularly within the healthcare and educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in important strategic talks with C-suite executives and Revenue Cycle departments, primarily within the healthcare field, to propose personalized financial resolutions.
• Counsel clients on an extensive array of treasury facilities, which include fund transfers, income management, liquidity control, electronic payment methods, and digital retail strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in healthcare overhaul, industry obstacles, and evolving trends, making sure clients are informed and involved. Take the lead and participate in speaking opportunities at key industry groups, such as HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and NACUBO (National Association of College and University Business Officers).
• Organize and conduct client and prospect events that prioritize industry trends such as Innovation, Fraud Protection, Elevating Patient Satisfaction, and Enhancing System Integration. Foster and sustain deep connections with clients to ensure steady involvement and high satisfaction levels.
• Create and implement a strategic initiative to drive growth within current client portfolios and secure new business endeavors. Advance the expansion of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR) by furnishing clients with a comprehensive selection of treasury solutions. Recognize possibilities to bolster client connections and present tailored, holistic resolutions to address their needs.
• Ensure rapid and high-impact client interaction through a dedication to superior service and the fulfillment of business goals. Implement continual market strategies to uphold productive client connections and enable sustained growth.

Essential Skills:

• The preferred candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in treasury sales and card solutions, ideally within the healthcare banking or revenue cycle industry.
• Holding a degree equivalent to a BA/BS or having relevant work background.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and advisory capabilities.
• Strong abilities in verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills, facilitating effective engagement with clients and internal teams.
• Impressive talent for managing multiple priorities by effectively organizing time and planning accordingly.
• Enhancing abilities in managing relationships and engaging with clients to develop enduring partnerships.
• Competence in traversing a broad, matrix-structured banking environment and interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced grasp of Treasury merchandise and functionalities.
