Key Accountabilities:

• Direct, mentor, and elevate your branch team to consistently reach high benchmarks in sales, hospitality, and daily branch execution.
• Oversee all front-line operational systems, maintaining absolute alignment with firm policy, procedural workflows, and banking regulations.
• Accelerate localized business growth by attracting prospective clients and strengthening current consumer portfolios through consultative service.
• Partner with cross-functional internal specialists to offer clients full-scale, customized financial answers.
• Attract, onboard, guide, and maintain a high-caliber team that operates in harmony with organizational values and service benchmarks.
• Define precise branch benchmarks and execute tactical blueprints to meet or outpace team operational targets.
• Drive adaptive workflows and sustain an uplifting, inclusive culture that encourages genuine teamwork and high staff morale.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of structured education and professional background.
• At least 2 years of proven experience leading sales initiatives or supervising staff.
• At least 2 years of direct experience working within a target-driven sales framework.
• At least 5 years of professional experience within the banking or financial services sectors.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a closely related field.
• A proven record of successful leadership within a financial center or retail bank branch.
