By working in tandem with advisors, the Investment Advisor plays a key role in meeting client demands, identifying new leads, and promoting overall team expansion through dedicated efforts.

These are the essential duties and tasks that must be completed as part of a job role, without exception:

• Support in formulating the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to bolster revenue progression.
• Engage in conversations with clients and prospects by assessing their aims, targets, and risk capacity to suggest and execute fitting investment options and services.
• Provide assistance to clients concerning trades, information inquiries, research needs, account complications, and general service inquiries.
• Provide ongoing relationship stewardship through regular reviews, advisory talks, and client service undertakings.
• Support in delivering client presentations and engagement resources effectively.
• Support the Advisor in cultivating and upholding successful securities and insurance revenue streams by tapping into networking, internal referrals, and identified prospects.
• Ensure alignment with Truist's professional standards and comply with the regulatory specifications of FINRA and other governing authorities.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have completed a Bachelor's program in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline, or possess an equivalent educational background and practical expertise.
• Successfully fulfilling the criteria necessitates a minimum of four years of professional experience, with at least one year focused on securities.
• Acquisition of the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses is a must.
• Valid state health and life insurance licenses that are consistent with the certifications of partnered advisors.
• Proficiency in organization, analysis, problem resolution, interpersonal skills, and relationship management, reflecting excellence across diverse skill sets in professional settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a valuable asset in the professional world.
• Motivation to acquire extra industry credentials in wealth or investment management.
