Job Description:

Wealth Management Advisors are essential in providing excellent service to clients and supporting Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors/teams consistently. As senior members of the service team, they establish trusted relationships with clients through regular interactions. Successful candidates for this role will have a client-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a remarkable client experience. In assisting Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors/teams, the focus is on supporting tasks like digital marketing, managing portfolio holdings, utilizing proposal tools, and offering financial planning assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a senior member of the service team, provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including: cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally; supporting the FA/PWA/team in enhancing new and existing client relationships by providing an exceptional client experience; assisting the FA/PWA/team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings as well as tracking follow-ups; ensuring all client service functions are performed in a timely manner, assigning work to team members on a daily basis if/as needed; providing backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions concerning clients accounts, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools, accepting or entering unsolicited orders and/or entering solicited orders in a clerical capacity; remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms and sharing reminders and best practices with other service team members.
  • Supporting the FA/PWA/team in organizing and implementing their business plan, forging strong partnerships with other market players such as Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.
  • Managing administrative facets of digital and physical marketing efforts like seminars, webinars, online platforms, social media presence, and continuous email engagement.
  • Formulating and scrutinizing various client reports or financial plans from firm-sanctioned systems for current or prospective clients.
  • Assisting with research tasks through firm-sanctioned mechanisms.
  • Being present in client meetings to represent the service-oriented outlook.
  • Joining in on corporate initiatives, distinct projects, and/or alternative duties as directed by local administration.

The compilation of formal learning, real-world practice, intelligence, and aptitudes forms a solid foundation for advancing in one's career:

  • The job specification includes a prerequisite of five years or more of work experience in a relevant sector.
  • Having completed a four-year college degree or professional certification is preferable.
  • In order to be eligible, candidates must possess certifications in Series 7 (GS) and either Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
  • There is a chance that further product licenses may be mandated.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Acquainted with diverse financial services products like stocks, bonds, options, pooled funds, insurance schemes, and professionally managed investment portfolios.
  • Proficiency in technical areas and agility in acquiring knowledge of updated platforms.
  • Exhibiting a detail-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational prowess, and a talent for prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Having a strong command of basic personal computer functionalities, MS Office tools such as MS Excel, and internet applications.
  • Excellent skills in writing persuasively, forming connections with others, and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Efficient time planning capabilities.
  • Proficient in building strong relationships with fellow team members to promote a harmonious working environment.
  • Competency to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Possessing the capability to adjust and manage diverse tasks effectively.
  • Focused on goals, self-propelled, and dedicated to producing results.
