Job Description:Retail Teller Supervisor

Supervise teller teams to ensure efficient branch operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with banking policies. The role includes coaching staff, managing daily workflow, supporting transactions, and promoting bank products.

Key Responsibilities:

Train, mentor, and support teller staff performance and development.
Schedule and coordinate daily teller activities and branch coverage.
Oversee cash handling, audits, and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with complex transactions and escalated customer issues.
Ensure compliance with banking procedures and security standards.
Support customer service delivery and handle inquiries.
Promote banking products and maintain customer relationships.
Monitor branch reporting and operational activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2.5 years of teller experience.
Knowledge of banking operations and basic accounting.

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate teams.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Basic math and banking system proficiency.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
40 hours per week
