What You'll Do:
Cultivate consultative discussions with esteemed customers to foster relationships and broaden connections, ensuring their reliance on you to identify the answers to their financial concerns.
Collaborate with a team and work autonomously to enhance customer interaction and boost sales potential while also addressing customer financial requirements creatively.
Execute traditional customer transactions in a precise and business-like manner, adhering to established procedures and limits, which may include check cashing, deposit handling, and withdrawal processing for both personal and business accounts.
Handle both basic and intricate questions related to customer accounts, items, services, protocols, and guidelines; actively work towards resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Inventive customer interaction points can be created through continuous digital outreach efforts to guarantee a harmonious customer experience throughout all available platforms, whether they are digital or traditional.
Generate a sense of anticipation and energy among staff for upcoming events by acting as a mentor and coach.
Employ a consultative sales technique to actively promote and cross-sell bank deposit and loan solutions to both existing customers and prospects.
Utilize technology and digital channels, both internal and external, to meet customer demands and enhance customer relationships.
Leverage comprehension of laws and guidelines to process loan applications, such as for Home Equity.
Cultivate and sustain strong working alliances, with both clients and peers.
Leverage Salesforce for facilitating customer interactions, dialogues, and follow-up procedures efficiently.
Partner with the Branch Manager to cultivate and sustain a culture focused on effective lobby management and active customer outreach initiatives, with the goal of elevating customer satisfaction within and beyond the branch setting.
Manage customer relationships effectively while adhering to operational, regulatory, and security policies to minimize risks to the Bank
Accept further obligations and roles as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
A sales and service background in retail, hospitality, or financial services, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 2-4 years, is necessary.
It is necessary to hold Notary Public status and be certified by NMLS.
Exceptional abilities in communicating verbally, in writing, and through interpersonal interactions.
Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to handle an array of devices and equipment.
Proficient in organization, displaying a keen eye for detail and precision.
Displaying a strong sales-oriented outlook alongside the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjusting tactics as required for different scenarios.
Having the ability to work intuitively and devise inventive solutions when faced with challenges is valuable.
Competent in performing within regular office expectations, encompassing prolonged standing periods within branch locations, both indoors and outdoors, and maintaining consistent customer contact.
Demonstrated ability to carry and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Showing an openness and ability to adhere to an adaptable workweek, including weekends, as guided by customer requirements.
Illustrating the skill to successfully conclude our training regimen.
