Job Summary:

First Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager for wealth management clients. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, developing personalized investment strategies, and delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions aligned with client goals and risk profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for wealth management clients, ensuring strong service delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and business growth.
• Develop a clear understanding of clients’ financial goals, investment objectives, family situations, and risk tolerance.
• Create and implement customized investment and asset allocation strategies based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and investment committees to address portfolio requirements and financial planning needs.
• Provide clients with regular updates on portfolio performance and market strategies during reviews.
• Use financial planning tools and methods to support client acquisition and retention.
• Identify business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and investment review standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or wealth advisory.
• Experience in managing client relationships and providing financial advisory services.
• Strong understanding of investment products, risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio strategies.
• Experience with financial planning tools and related investment platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Business development experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• CFA or CFP certification is preferred.
• Commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices.

Work Environment:

• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday as required.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
