Client Relationship Associate play a crucial role in revolutionizing customer service by enhancing the client journey with a higher quality of support. Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Support
Foster and improve relationships with clients by engaging in regular communication, addressing client needs, resolving issues, offering advice, and ensuring that essential information and paperwork are up to date
Recognize and help with Firm services and solutions that cater to clients' requirements, such as financial products and services, as well as safe and convenient digital options like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile
Verify permission and validate the identity of the customer during request handling
Manage and uphold client profiles, encompassing the acquisition of client data and necessary paperwork, facilitating financial transactions if needed
Evaluate and respond to client account notifications promptly
Other
Collaborate with financial planners to create a strategic business blueprint and execute a client care strategy
Aid the team in executing their marketing plan by overseeing promotional materials, managing online and social media channels, and organizing customer gatherings and workshops
Participate proactively in accessible training and educational opportunities, aligning with the company's strategic focus, personal growth, and keeping up-to-date with regulations and emerging technologies, as well as joining specific monthly calls for field service professionals
Carry out administrative tasks to aid Financial Advisors in their daily operations, such as managing phone calls, organizing business trips, scheduling client meetings, creating travel expense reports, and maintaining files and schedules
Engage proactively in company endeavors overseen by local leadership
Consistently look for chances to utilize company assets for sharing insights and cooperating with Financial Advisors
Education, background, expertise, and competencies are all crucial elements in a person's skill set:
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma/Equivalency
College degree preferred
Having practical knowledge in the field is advantageous
Desire to acquire Series 7 (GS), as well as Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) combined with Series 65 (RA) certifications
Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient in utilizing computer technology and well-versed in a variety of Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding abilities in writing, communication, and customer relationship management
Possessing a strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational abilities and the knack for task prioritization
Skilled at working in a team environment and fostering cooperation among colleagues
