Job Description:

Responsibilities for this role include providing assistance and solutions related to credit to clients. This entails engaging in outbound calls specifically concerning one product, regardless of its delinquency stage, such as pre-charge off and recovery. The position requires employing problem-solving skills, making sound decisions, and delivering outstanding customer service and empathy to fulfill the needs of both the bank and the client adequately.

Responsibilities:

• Reaches out to delinquent clients to secure payment and determines reason for delinquency on active or inactive loan, deposit, and credit card accounts
• Engages in constructive and professional negotiations to reach a favorable repayment agreement that satisfies the interests of both the borrower and the lender, making use of relevant techniques and aids
• Identifying the best course of action for clients while staying within the boundaries of collections compliance protocols
• Exhibits sympathy for the client's predicament by following ethical guidelines consistent with the bank's code of behavior
• Meets the prescribed quality standards and achieves significant performance targets
• Administers accounts on automated collections platforms, auto-dialers, or via manual calls to reduce potential losses
