Job Overview:
The Banking Advisory Associate is a banking professional who plays a key role in delivering TD's Brand promise at a Store location. The role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions while providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools that help customers achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications:
Individuals should hold either a high school diploma or a GED.
Candidates with 1 year of customer-facing experience are desired (volunteer work, education, or military background accepted).
Demonstrated abilities in customer service are sought after.
Teller experience preferred.
Willingness to be scheduled for work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
New employees are required to complete both Teller training and the initial component of platform training.
Proficient in navigating through diverse tasks and maintaining organization in a fast-moving setting.
Exceptional communication dexterity (terse, explicit, and reliable).
Exhibits strong problem-solving capabilities and adeptness at prioritizing tasks.
Ability to independently manage tasks and adhere to prescribed timelines.
Developing strong decision-making skills involves having good judgment.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office functionality.
Notary License preferred.
