• Recognizes potential sales openings and guides clients to the right team members for fostering relationships.
• Offers information to clients about digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for effectively handling financial transactions.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of products and procedures to effectively address customer needs.
• Maintains the accuracy of teller and branch operations by following PNC's policies and procedures diligently.
