The Bank Teller is specialized in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional sales, support, and digital communication for Consumer and Business Banking patrons. They contribute to the efficient running of branch operations, meet customer sales and service expectations, and arrange customer appointments to assess needs and forward complicated concerns to the appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement by educating them about Consumer and Business Banking services. Propose tailored solutions to address individual requirements and emphasize the importance of utilizing digital banking capabilities.
• Coordinating appointments and consultations requires overseeing customer appointments, whether they are planned in advance or happen on the spot, to recognize their financial needs and facilitate a smooth connection to the appropriate banking authorities for challenging issues.
• Stick to the bank's sales strategy and provide straightforward, customer-centric guidance.
• Customer Engagement: Engage customers in the lobby, greet them, respond to queries, and take ownership of addressing their immediate banking requirements.
• Offer support in daily branch operations by aiding with customer transactions, addressing overdraft challenges, and verifying adherence to internal guidelines. Complete operational tasks as instructed.
• Compliance and Risk Management Obligations: Remaining current on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Know Your Customer (KYC) methodologies. Identifying and escalating potential instances of fraud. Ensuring adherence to operational and regulatory rules.
• Customer Resolution: Address customer issues promptly while maintaining precise documentation and appropriate monitoring. Ensure the prompt and efficient handling of customer complaints.
• Sales Referrals entail pinpointing sales opportunities and steering customers towards the correct banking partners for customized product suggestions.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Deliver stellar assistance and promptly address customer queries.
• Expand sales opportunities and elevate customer satisfaction within the branch setting.
• Take on diverse functions across the branch, including starting new accounts and originating loans, handling concerns, and executing transaction procedures.
• Exhibit understanding and compassion, prioritize customer needs and preferences, be flexible, and effectively utilize technology in every customer engagement.

Criteria for Education and Experience:

• Acquiring a GED or high school diploma qualification.
• The role requires a minimum of one year of practice in retail sales, call center responsibilities, customer service, or telesales.
• Skilled in verbal and interpersonal communication techniques.
• Capacity to address complex customer discussions and diverse customer needs effectively.
• Effective at structuring tasks with efficient time management and prioritization abilities.
• Competence in managing pressure efficiently amidst a quick-paced collaborative atmosphere.
• Adept at using internet-level technology effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adjusting bilingualism to suit the requirements of the branch.
• Verified capability in achieving sales goals or obtaining referrals.
• Physical Requirements:
• The skill to stand on one's feet for a lengthy period.
• Sustained usage of hands and fingers for an extended time frame.
• Ability to manage objects of varying weights, from 5 to 30 pounds, through lifting.
