As a Financial Advisor at PNC, you will work within retail bank branches and collaborate across multiple locations while managing an established portfolio of clients. In this role, you will provide financial guidance and planning strategies to help clients reach their savings, investment, and retirement goals. Responsibilities for Financial Advisor:

• Advises clients on investment strategies, insurance products, and customized financial planning solutions.
• Builds, develops, and maintains a strong portfolio of investment and insurance clients.
• Delivers an outstanding client experience by efficiently handling service needs, identifying opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate internal partners.
• Strengthens client relationships through networking, relationship management, and business development efforts.
• Enhances customer loyalty and expands client relationships by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.
• Applies financial product knowledge and operational expertise to resolve client concerns effectively.
• Designs and implements investment and insurance strategies aligned with client financial objectives.
• Provides informed financial recommendations based on individual client goals and circumstances.
• Reviews financial plans regularly and recommends adjustments when necessary.
• Supports and educates branch employees and business partners in identifying potential investment opportunities.
• Promotes investment awareness and financial education within branch teams.
• Collaborates with branch managers and investment associates to achieve branch investment performance goals.
• Maintains strong communication with internal departments and external partners to encourage referral activity.
• Monitors business performance and sales pipeline progress alongside branch leadership teams.
• Ensures timely follow-up on client leads and referrals according to service expectations.
• Maintains compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree is generally preferred for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience is typically required.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, military service, or related work experience may also be considered in place of a degree.
• Strong abilities in client prospecting, relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, public speaking, and sales development.
• Excellent communication, coaching, leadership, and customer service skills.
