The Financial Services Advisor collaborates closely with advisors, addressing client requirements, attracting potential clients, and supporting the team's growth efforts, thereby contributing significantly to the team's overall success.

The main duties and responsibilities that an individual is obligated to perform as part of their job requirements:

• Assist in mapping out the strategic roadmap for the Financial Advisor team to support revenue expansion.
• Provide recommendations to clients and prospects through the analysis of their goals, objectives, and risk tolerance to suggest and execute appropriate investment options and services.
• Help clients navigate through their trade activities, fulfill information requests, conduct research, resolve account issues, and address general service inquiries.
• Maintain continual relationship management by conducting regular assessments, advisory dialogues, and client service endeavors.
• Aid in the delivery of client presentations and engagement materials.
• Assist the Advisor in developing and preserving profitable securities and insurance sales by leveraging networking, internal referrals, and identified opportunities.
• Stay in line with Truist's professional expectations and observe the regulatory standards of FINRA and other relevant governing bodies.

Qualifications:

• Successful applicants will have earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a similar subject, or acquired a similar level of education and expertise through alternative means.
• The role demands a professional history of at least four years, with a requisite one-year involvement in the securities industry.
• It is a must to possess the FINRA Series 7 and 66 certifications.
• State health and life insurance licenses that are applicable and in sync with the registrations of supported advisors.
• Demonstrating competence in organization, analysis, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and relationship management, showcasing versatility and skillfulness in critical areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a common requirement in many job descriptions.
• Openness to obtaining additional industry certifications related to wealth or investment management.
