Your role as a Banking Services Specialist will be pivotal in:

• Overlooking, retaining, and procuring sustainable mutually advantageous partnerships with our customer base.
• Recognizing and comprehending customers' extended financial needs and proposing personalized product and service offerings.
• Leveraging the bank's updated technology products to accommodate the expanding requirements of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attaining team and branch sales objectives on a quarterly and annual basis in a range of financial sectors including customer information analysis, commercial real estate deals, small business administration lending, mortgage services, treasury management solutions, deposit products, wealth management investment options, international banking services, and other offerings for both commercial and consumer clients.
• Acquiring and cultivating loans such as HELOC, Home Loan, and Business Loan.
• Staying up to date with annual renewals and regulatory obligations for MLOs is essential to comprehend interest rates, financing solutions, and arithmetic operations needed for optimal customer service within the mortgage industry.
• Demonstrates a strong familiarity with the deposit, loan, and complementary products offered by the bank, including the qualification criteria.
• Provides assistance to clients with financial tasks such as cash withdrawals, deposit placements, fund transfers, loan/credit card repayments, wire transfers, and foreign currency conversions.
• Prioritizes client satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on delivering desired outcomes with dedication.
• Demonstrates proficient critical thinking and solution-focused skills in satisfying clients' needs.
• Works in conjunction with team members and other business areas to provide customers with products that align with their needs.
• Engages with clients in a confident and professional manner, ensuring clear communication.
• Demonstrates the ability to efficiently learn about products, services, and technologies and educate customers on carrying out banking transactions online, through mobile apps, and self-service portals.
• Specializes in enhancing clients' digital banking experiences through the strategic implementation of digital tools and technologies.
• Shows a robust determination and ability to influence, educate, and connect clients with technology.
• Executes extra duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; however, a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Candidates with a background in customer service, cash handling, sales, and Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) experience in the banking or financial industry are preferred for this position.
• Sound grasp of how branch operations function.
• Proven track record in a consultative sales position within a relevant field, demonstrating expertise in acquiring new clients, nurturing customer connections, and achieving impactful outcomes.
• Exceptional professionalism and thoroughness, coupled with impressive follow-up capabilities.
• Proficient in rapidly incorporating new technologies and methodologies.
• Thorough understanding and skill in utilizing branch technology, mobile banking solutions, and online banking services.
• Capability in proficiently solving problems, making decisions, and delivering top-notch customer service.
