Job Description:

As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and retaining client relationships while delivering a personalized and high-quality client experience. This role focuses on understanding client financial needs and providing tailored wealth and banking solutions to support both short- and long-term financial goals. Wealth Managers actively promote solutions through daily client interactions, outbound outreach, business visits, networking activities, and special events. The role requires adapting to digital banking tools and platforms to enhance service delivery and remain competitive in a technology-driven environment.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the full range of available financial resources, including branch-based services, digital banking tools, and affiliated business partner offerings.
• Achieve individual performance objectives through consistent in-person engagement and outbound calling using a needs-based advisory approach.
• Open and close customer accounts, assist with product selection, review account information, and ensure compliance with BSA and CIP requirements.
• Support consumer loan inquiries by gathering applications, maintaining knowledge of loan policies and procedures, and assisting with account oversight.
• Identify client needs and refer them to specialized teams supporting small businesses, corporate clients, financial advisors, and mortgage professionals.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and documentation comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
• Provide accurate and professional transaction support while engaging in meaningful conversations to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, motivation, and presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Team-oriented mindset to effectively support clients in a fast-paced and evolving banking environment.
• Ability to guide and mentor branch staff in alignment with established procedures when required.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer-focused experience with an emphasis on goal achievement.
• Ability to meet licensing and registration requirements associated with the role, including NMLS registration.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to utilize digital and social media platforms to support client engagement and market awareness.

Other Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training programs, or operational support activities.
• Ability to provide guidance and assistance to partner teams and financial entities within the market.
