Job Description:

In the role of a Floating Banking Associate with PNC, you are expected to excel in customer service provision, aid individuals in handling their financial dealings, and play a role in the efficient execution of branch procedures. Your primary objective is to cultivate a pleasant customer journey and pinpoint prospects to showcase products and services offered by PNC.

Primary Job Duties:

• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.

• Recognizes opportunities for sales expansion and facilitates customer referrals to the appropriate team members for strengthening relationships.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Demonstrates adept handling of customer issues through application of product and procedural knowledge.
• Oversees the completion of teller and branch activities with precision, following the established policies and procedures of PNC.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed beforehand.
