Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver a seamless service experience by executing daily transactions with accuracy and addressing customer inquiries politely.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• High school diploma or a balanced combination of equivalent education and practical work history.
• Up to 2 years of prior experience working directly with clients in a sales or retail service setting.

Preferred:

• A proven background within retail banking, insurance sales, or fast-paced consumer retail environments.
