Qualifications:

  • The job requires all applicants to have either a high school diploma or GED.
  • Desired qualification: 1 year of customer service experience (volunteer work, educational background, or military service welcomed).

  • Teller experience preferred.
  • Preparedness to cover work shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Upon hire, individuals must undergo Teller training and also complete the first portion of platform training.

  • Stellar communication aptitude (to the point, unambiguous, and steady).

  • Continuously delivers exceptional service while advocating for, informing about, and recommending TD offerings.
  • Refers clients to Store associates and partners for intricate financial concerns.

Mitigating risks, upholding compliance standards, and enforcing controls are essential aspects of risk management practices:

  • Ensures alignment with operational procedures, policies, and regulatory mandates.
  • Utilizes customer authentication techniques, conducts in-depth investigations, and ensures adherence to compliance standards during transaction processing and account opening procedures.
  • Ensures the confidentiality of customer data by adhering to bank security measures and protocols.
  • Administers cash tills, protects cash reserves, adheres to cash limits, and implements dual control measures.
  • Verifies the correct documentation aligned with regulations, significant dates, and internal policies.
  • Successfully covers all aspects of compliance and regulatory training relevant to the job.
